Established since 1995, the company behind GolfTaste is a registered travel agency with liability insurance (similar to ABTA in the UK), offering expert advice, personalised service and native English speakers from the time you first contact us to the final moments of your dream holiday.
A pioneer in its sector, as the first golf-themed website in Spain and one of the first in the world, GolfinSpain offers all kinds of golf-related services, mostly online and with our proprietary reservation system.
Since 2000 we have operated as a wholesale-retail travel agent with all the legal guarantees that the Spanish Law of Combined Trips (Ley de Viajes Combinados) provides to clients of travel agencies, including a civil liability bank guarantee of up to €180,000.
The objective of both our management system and reservations staff is to offer you the best product available – quickly and efficiently. Our systems have already handled more than 150,000 golf reservations and our list of clients exceeds 30,000, both from within Spain as well as from most countries around the world.

British Airways Holidays – for three years we were their ground handlers in Spain.
We were the only website in the world to market the historic 1997 Ryder Cup at Valderrama thanks to a contract with the Ryder Cup Accommodation Bureau (Byron Travel).
We had a similar role for the 1999 and 2000 World Golf Championships-American Express Championship at Valderrama. involving image management and marketing for Federation Event – an affiliate of America’s PGA.
From 2003 to 2009 we managed the promotion and marketing of the Volvo Masters at Valderrama, for Volvo Event Management.
We were responsible for the Volvo World Match Play promotion and for advance ticket sales for the first event held at Finca Cortesín in 2009.
